Mobile Small Group Training

Small group instruction is an alternative to one-on-one training. The added motivation of having others working out in the same area with you pushes you to a new effort level. We can help you organize a new group or you can form your own. Small group personal training sessions are 30 or 60 minutes in length and offer the benefits of working with a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost of the private rate. Custom designed workouts are tailored specifically to each small group.

Maximum 5 people per group for Small Group Training, rates start at $25 per person/per session for 30 minutes, and $40 per person/per session for 60 minute.

Mobile One on One Training

Our goal is to give you a fitness program that motivates you and provides the results you want. Each program begins with a personal consultation. Here we will get to know you better, discussing with you, in-depth, your health history, exercise history, nutrition history and fitness goals. After the consultation, your fitness consultant will customize a program to fit your abilities and goals.

 

All personal training packages include a fitness assessment which determines your current fitness level and identifies your areas of need. Your trainer will give nutritional guidance to further enhance the outcome of positive results. Your body composition will also be taken and tracked throughout you training.
